At MyVetting.com, we run online DBS checks for all types of driving roles, including Enhanced DBS checks for TFL, taxi DBS checks and Enhanced DBS checks for PCO (Public Carriage Office), helping companies and organisations across the UK to safeguard their clients and users. Â

Enhanced DBS Checks For Professionals Drivers
Â
Some professional drivers working directly with children and vulnerable adults may be legally required to have Enhanced DBS checks. Â
Standard DBS Checks For Professionals Drivers
Many organisations request that applicants undertake a Standard DBS check, prior to working with them. While professional drivers may only have supervised contact with children and vulnerable people, it is company best practice for them to hold a current DBS certificate. These roles may include couriers or long-distance drivers. A Standard level DBS check does not cover the adult or child barring lists.Â
DBS Check For Volunteer Drivers
Â
Driver Volunteers, which can include charity drivers, may drive patients in their own cars or use community-supported transport. These roles, and other roles like this, may require the volunteer to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.Â
